Roger Eckerlin

«A path is created by walking it.» – This guiding principle accompanies me both personally and professionally: to explore new paths, take action, implement solutions, and, where necessary, develop new approaches.

With over 30 years of experience in specialist, leadership, and executive roles—including positions as Head of Sales and Marketing (personnel services), in prevention, case management and job coaching (within a disability insurance office and a private organisation), as well as Head of Human Resources (Faculty of Medicine, University of Zurich)—I support individuals across a wide range of industries and hierarchical levels. My work primarily focuses on middle and senior management, expatriates, and functional specialists, in both German and English.

Supporting individuals in challenging life situations and collaboratively developing sustainable solutions is particularly meaningful and fulfilling to me. With Corvia, I pursue this passion.
