CASE MANAGEMENT
When health-related issues impair an individual’s ability to work, professionally coordinated and individually tailored support is essential. Our Case Management provides precisely this: comprehensive guidance during periods of illness- or accident-related incapacity for work, with the aim of actively supporting recovery and facilitating a return to professional life.
We support our clients on an individual and resource-oriented basis by aligning medical, therapeutic, and vocational measures. The initial focus lies on stabilising health, followed by a gradual and sustainable reintegration into working life—either within the previous role or, where necessary, in an adapted position.
Through close collaboration with employers, physicians, therapists, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders, we establish the foundation for a successful and long-term reintegration into the labour market.

JOB COACHING
Our Job Coaching is a targeted, resource- and process-oriented form of support for clients experiencing health-related challenges. The objective is to restore and stabilise work capacity and performance, and to enable sustainable professional integration.
Depending on the situation, the coaching may also include support in career reorientation, application strategies, as well as the development of self-efficacy and resilience in the workplace. Acting as an interface between employers, the healthcare system, and social insurance providers, our Job Coaching promotes close collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure a holistic and long-term successful reintegration into the labour market.
